Where we ship

We currently ship to the United Arab Emirates, the United States, and select international destinations. Orders within the UAE are fulfilled from our Dubai facility. Orders shipping to the United States are dispatched from within the US, so delivery times are typically faster than a standard international shipment.

All prices are charged in AED at checkout. If you are shopping from the United States, the price shown on-site is an estimated USD conversion for your convenience; the amount charged to your card will be in AED.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. Estimated transit time varies by destination and courier; you will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships. If your order requires temperature-controlled handling, processing may take slightly longer.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. For some couriers it can take a few business days for tracking to update after dispatch.
